Lost channels after sky renewal

Renewed subscription today Inc box sets. Have access to sky atlantic but system will not let me play a recording of Succession without upgrading my subscription. I have also lost my 401 sky uhd sport. Subscription renewal was to keep everything I already had plus some more freebies!

Regarding BoxSets these are included but only in SD as standard.

Unfortunately it's not unknown for sales advisors to remove the UHD and HD add-ons in order to generate a 'better' price.
