Hello, We had sky Q for about 8 years, we have had our 85” tv for about 2 years. It’s the Samsung UE85Q60D. For the past 2 years I’ve always controlled the sky Q box via the Samsung remote. All the usual “menu” “recordings” “navigation”, even inputting our parental code. I just find the Samsung remote much easier to use. However for the past 2 days, it no longer controls the sky box, I’m not sure what’s changed , all I remember is, yesterday morning, when I turned the sky Q box in the morning, it showed the splash screen like it had been reset over night, maybe a firmware update. This is really frustrating, I don’t think it’s the Samsung tv and as I can still use the Samsung remote to control my other devices etc. Why would sky turn this off, it’s a game changer for me
