Problem connecting to TNT

Purchased TNT last night to watch Spurs game tonight but not connected thought it would connect immediately

@TNTconnection normally its available straight away  but worst case scenario it can take up to 24 hours 

 

If its not available now i'd contact Sky

Aston Villa v Tottenham is on Sky Sports not TNT.
