Prime works fine on my qbox . The subscription refuses to show on my minibox . Any suggestions pls

Prime on my minibox will only let me set up another subscription. There is no sign in

Strange. Mine has the option to 'sign in'.

Might be worth trying to reset apps from the engineer menu.
