I've just had Sky Q installed, but I notice that although working the picture quality on Prime Video keeps dropping, as if the speed of the broadband isn't enough to keep up. The router is fairly new, and Netflix and Disney do not have the same problem. I know that some streams from Prime Video are in UHD, however there is no option to change the quality in the app on Sky Q. Speed is more than enough for this as it works fine with a direct connection to my Smart TV, and the Sky Q box has a wired connection to the router.
Any suggestions?
