Restarting mini q box after power down

Mini q box

After power off 

box worked ok for a couple of weeks and today when I powered up it rebooted and went through setup menu!

why has this happened now as it worked fine until this morning

once it's booted

A Mini box isn't designed to be routinely switched off at the mains, if that's what you have been doing.  Pretty much all modern electronic devices assume a permanent electrical connection and their own Standby settings to be in use.
