You can also add a PIN to Sky Q apps that you don’t want your kids watching or using.
To do this:
Netflix and BBC iPlayer can't be PIN protected as they have their own PIN settings within the app.

@debbiesharron wrote:Chodley, I was told by the Sky Forum ( The people who are suppose to have the knowledge) If it was possible to filter away Sky Q apps ,
I was told NO ,
So i searched on Chrome ( Which appeared to have more KNOWLEDGE 🤔)
And contradicted what the Sky Community was Advising me ! So it seems YOU CAN INDEED !
I think you've misread the information, setting the PIN for apps doesn't hide them, it just controls the access to them:

You're not talking to Sky here - just other customers.
You'll have to call Sky to cancel your account.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou might be able to do this yourself without calling:
In the Mysky app on a phone or tablet.
Go to the TV section, then My Bill section, there will be a section listed Marketplace, under that click on View subscriptions.
You will be able to cancel it there.

I don't understand what you are experiencing. I have Amazon Prime (use it quite a lot) but I don't get it "coming up" at any point unless I open the app myself
