Previously Amazon customer can’t log into apps even though subscription paid in SKY

Somebody PLEASE help. 
im a sky custoher previously Amazon an bought Disney plus on Amazon, now purchased the new subscription through sky but using same email address. 
I can't get into Disney without subscribing again. 
Tried speaking to someone at Sky who told me they'd arrange an a refund (never happened) 

how can I get disney now please?

I've always found it much easier to subscribe to Disney+ directly using their website, then you can just log in to the Disney+ app on any device you wish. I've never had any problems with it doing it that way for years. 

If you sign up for a year then you can get a discounted rate and there are cashback offers from various cashback sites for both monthly and annual subscriptions. You may also find discount codes from Tesco Clubcard points and such like.
