New hub wont connect to my sky q box
I had my new sky hub today and it wont connect to my sky q box WHY??

A new hub will have a new SSID and password. It won't just 'connect' until you re-establish the connection - either by updating the details or using the WPS button to reset it.

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
