I need a new sky Q mini box... as mine has default.. How do I get one?

Default?

 

Anyway, they are only available from Sky.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I assume you mean yours has "a fault"

 

follow the box troubleshooting on the website or My Sky app and it will end up with a (free) new box replacement if nothing else works.
