Pop up messages

A pop up on upper right corner regarding a change in how my dater is used it says go to set up then press ok can not stop it coming up and it's a pain when watching TV  how do I stop it never happened before

@Mrs+christine+mer  That is your TV showing the message and nothing to do with your Sky equipment, you'll need to use your TV's remote to remove the message and follow any instructions onscreen to accept the updated data agreement.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
