Your hard ware is rubbish! The mini box keeps loosing connection with the Q box. We are sick of re setting this. Send engineer to sort, or take your equipment away.

You are just talking to other Sky customers here.

 

Perhaps some more detail may allow us to troubleshoot.  Perhaps it's too far from the main Q or is suffering interference (e.g. from your own router)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Sort+this+out  As per @PandJ2020  We are all customers here, any Sky staff present would not know who you are or any of your contact details from your forum login, your forum account is not linked to your Sky account and therefore nothing will happen on the back of a forum post.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
