Poor signal strength pixilation on screen

Had SkyQ installed yesterday and watching live TV today and noticed a lot of pixilation. Went through the help screens and discovered the signal strength is 30. Other threads that this is too low. Had Sky + before and never had any issues like this. 
many advice from the community regarding this issue?
