Have you got Q, Glass or Stream? Because Q doesn't use the internet for live TV.

My broadband signal is very poor and impossible to download even simple files from the internet. My phone shows a broadband signal of one bar.

Did you mean to post this here? Sounds like a broadband issue, not Sky Q, and that your phone is too far from your router.
