Poor picture quality

I think I'm receiving a poor or broken signal as picture keeps breaking up a horizontal multi pixel band going across the screen with picture sometimes freezing for a second, this happens on many channels and sometimes results in voice sync being out

@tenacious  Have you tried rebooting your Sky Q box?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@tenacious sounds like your dish may be out of alignment slightly you will need to arrange for an engineer to look at the dish
