Poor Signal Sky Q

For just over a week I have had poor signal so the picture is blurry and the sound jumps about. When I check my settings it says that I have good satellite signal. I cannot watch anything on Sky or anything I have recorded but anything on demand is fine. I've tried turning off from the mains but nothing works. Any ideas?

If you have a communal system you may have to contact your building management to deal with the technicians responsible for the system
