Multiroom box not working since changing internet providers

Hi all,

Have changed Internet providers today. Sky Q main box all set up okay. The multiroom box in our bedroom won't respond to the remote control. 

Have rebooted both sky Q boxes and multiroom box and pressed manually the wps box on both boxes to get them paired up. 

The multiroom box then said it was paired but said I'd need to set up a new WiFi connection for it.

The remote control just won't do nothing with the box! But it will operate the tv?Changed batteries, nothing!

The multiroom box now just displays a blue screen with no writing, no nothing!!

Anyone have any suggestions? 

Worked fine last night when we were still connected to sky broadband

Hi @Mrmrsgallimore 

First step is to get the mini remote working 

Reboot the mini again.

To reboot press Standby on your Sky mini remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky mini box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky mini remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the mini box (Amber led)

note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.

If you had to press the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.

to turn the mini box on
Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
