Playback suddenly stopped working on Sky Q

I was watching a programme on playback a few hours ago, then it stopped working.  One of the multi-room mini boxes won't even show live TV.  Have tried re-booting individual boxes but still not working.

Could be that you have hard drive issues.

Normally a hard Drive error  is terminal.

If you go through the following link and cannot solve your issue there is the option to replace your Q box.

Thanks, Oldfella.  It was late and I wasn't thinking straight.  I had re-booted mini receiver because I thought that was where the issue was occurring, but to no effect.  When I re-booted the main Sky Q box, everything returned to normal. It's reassuring to know there is someone out there prepared to take the time to give advice.  Thank you!
