Can't activate disney plus

Ordered dinsy plus link sent by email won't work and the activation  on  my sky is buffering

You'll probably have to ring Sky to get this sorted. 
It's much easier to sign up directly with Disney+ then just log in to the app on your Q box, their systems are much more reliable than Sky's and it's the same price. 
If you sign up for a 12 month sub you can often get cash back from various places. Topcashback for example currently give you £15 back on a 12 month sub to Disney+.
