Hi @lucyloolulu1 Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot.

Thanks will try reboot and we have moved the phone too

Have you recently has fibre broadband installed? I have, & I get pixelation on several streaming services.
