Pixelated channels

We got a new sky dish, lnb and a box just before Xmas but pixelation on most channels sky signal strength is 70 and signal quality is 90 the old dish was closer to 100 both signals with no pixelation

@Nirvana10 your dish may be misaligned best to contact Sky to get an engineer to check this out

The signal quality is only taken from 1 transponder and not the channel you are watching
