Pin protection

I took up the upgrade offer to include the movie channels. I did not set up any pin when I started with sky but there is a PIN set on the movie channels that I don't know. I tried the usual '0000', '1234', '9999', then the last four digits of my phone number as suggested by SKY but that doesn't work either. I never got told a PIN by the guy on the phone who sold it me. I wouldn't have took it if I'd have known I can't actually watch anything and the SKY help is useless. Anyone any ideas??

@Kaiser1  The pin is set by default to the last four digits of your viewing card number

@Kaiser1

You've posted on the Sky Q board therefore unless you have changed it, your pin number is usually the last 4 digits of your viewing card number.

You can find your viewing card number in Home > Settings > System info.
