Moving sky dish

Hello

We are having our sofits done and the guys are asking if Sky can move our satellite dish as it's in the way of what they are trying to do.

TIA

@Nemma Why don't they unplug it from the sat disc, unscrew it off the original and when finished screw it back and connect it up!

Re: Moving sky dish

Because the dish is where the boards needs to go so will need to be moved down . Really need it moved .

@Nemma Then call sky, dial 150 on your landline phone, book a few appointments if that is what you need to get done or just one if you want the dish relocated and realigned.

@Nemma

If you have Sky Q Sky will move the dish providing there's a suitable alternative place for it. They will charge for this service (about £65).

If you have Sky+, that isn't supported by Sky and you'd need to employ a local satellite engineer to carry out the work.
