I need help to take off the pin code we don't have kids and are wanting to take it off , ive been on parental security but I can get it to come off .

If you're watching age restricted content pre watershed then it'll always ask for the pin regardless of your settings. It is an Ofcom requirement that Sky must adhere to and cannot be overriden by Sky or you.

Hi @Vik10 If there was no PIN code, then there wouldn't be any live pre-watershed programmes or films before 9:00 pm.
