Picture setting back to default?!
Hi, today the Sky Q box showed a message and actually had reset my picture settings to 'default' despite me not having changed anything. My TV support 4k 10-bit and i can change it back, but the box shouldn't reset to default in the first place.
Anyone else have that problem and know how to fix it?

Re: Picture setting back to default?!
I had an old panasonic that wouldn't stay on 2160p and would occasionally drop down to 1080p. (The negotiation between Q and the TV just sometimes failed - it could have been the TV firmware)
I just had to persevere in changing it back to 2160p occasionally. Now I have an LG which never falters.
What's the TV make/model?

Re: Picture setting back to default?!
It's an LG OLED55CX5LB model 2021. It is by no means an outdated model and still considered a top TV.
i did reset the box and TV just there and after the reset it kept the settings. Soft reset survived as well.
Hopefully just a glitch.

Yeah, should be ok. Try a different HDMI port or lead.
Check TV firmware fully up to date too.
