Discussion topic: Picture keeps cutting out

My sky q box picture cuts out intermittently for 1-2 seconds every few minutes.

This happens with live tv as well as my apps within sky, I.e Netflix

I have tried resetting multiple times but it is not resolving the issue.

I have changed HDMI cables and this hasn't helped either...

Any thoughts please?

My thought is maybe a HDMI handshaking issue?

Try changing the resolution output from your Q box - start on the lowest available, work your way up and see if any of them work ok.

(Just checking it starts from 576p and then you have 5 further options as I think 2160p has an 8 and 10 bit option)
