Problem with Sky Q box I think

I have no clue what is wrong and hoping someone can help. When I go to turn Sky on, the Sky button on the remote does nothing. Only the on/off button works and the only screen that comes up, is the home page, the one that asks where you want to go. However nothing happens when you try the relevant buttons, only the volume button works. I have tried two remotes and new batteries, still nothing. I have unplugged the Sky Q box twice to restart and still nothing. I'm at a loss what to do, any ideas people? I'm housebound and rely on my tv, so this is a big problem for me.

Hi @JSav23 .

Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
