Picture flickers about once a minute and also sound goes out of sync

I had to  replace my old Sky Q box as the disc went after about 9 months. Anyway with the new box the picture flickers about once a mnute (not all the time but everynow and then) and when it does that the sound goes out of sync. This happens on any channel.

Is this a friday afternoon box or is there something I can do before sending it back.

Hi @xh28 First try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?
