Your viewing Card needs to be paired.

After having Sky Q installed today An error message on 50% of the stations comes up saying "Your viewing card needs to be paired"  and the screen below is blue.

Hi @Bex-London 

Try refreshing your Viewing card.
Home - Settings - System info.
Highlight Viewing card number and then select Setup on the right hand side.
Then select Use this option to trigger a callback

No call is actually made but the Viewing card should be refreshed.

We have tried this- that message says the viewing card is paired but we don't have access to most channels.

This is not working. I cannot highlights the viewing card number. Note this is a sky HD box, not sky Q box
