Picture breaking up usually during ads

Going on for a few days. I don't recall it happening except during ads.

I’ve re-escalated your post to Sky and the Escalation Team may get in touch with you later.

Look out for an email and also a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. Once that speech bubble appears you only have 48 hours to join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply from Sky within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread regularly.

If you are using Safari also make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you have trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Chrome or Firefox.

Screen breaking up on reply

Going on for a few days now. Reported it earlier but didn't respond to sky tech as I wasn't sure what was happening. I'm now sure it's happing on reply - mainly in ads or just following. Doesn't happen all the time, hasn't happened today or yesterday.

I am sorry  we been breaking up and it goes blue screen  more of when started rain or wind but nice day and still can't watch tv

I started this  new thread several days ago. No one from Sky has replied to escalate this. It is erratic but it starts while fast-forwarding through ads, sometimes a minute or so into the program. Go back and then go at normal speed through ads, it isn't there.
I've been with Sky for over 17 years. Upgraded recently. Yet I'm not getting any help.

Sky did offer to help you but you didn't respond.  Escalations from this forum are not often  made by Sky, but by forum super users (who are fellow customers).

I am just another Sky customer!

Is there a reason you didn't participate in the chat invite that was sent to you? If we escalate this to Sky again are you able to take part in it?

Yes, I can. I didn't respond because I was not sure what was happening. Sorry. Worry about whether my chemo was successful may have affected me also. It was, giving me a few more months.
