Picture blanking out

Quest Red channel 149 

 

today March 6th the picture and sound is blanking out (complete blackout) for around 19ms every 20 seconds! 

driving me maaaad 😵💫 help!

I have noticed this happens quite often on Discovery owned channels (including Quest) after using pause/rewind/fastforward,  especially around ad breaks. I suspect it's related to Sky Adsmart. Changing channel for a few seconds then going back to the affected channel fixes the problem.

If you are trying to cancel a Sky Q box replacement, you can't do that here.
