Picture Glitching

Hi,

Is anyone else having an issue with the picture glitching on `live` channels - I've mainly only noticed it on BBC1 and ITV (but then these are really the main channels that get watched as linear channels)  - it started a few weeks ago and then stopped and has now started again.

Thanks for any help

Hi @WhatWhat1 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

Thanks for reply. I'll give this a go but out of interest how would rebooting the router help this?

It can resolve wi-fi issues by assigning new channels to different devices on startup. But even if no wi-fi involved, it can clear out caches etc.

Re: Picture Glitching

This did seem to sort itself out but has started again now - on all channels. Very annoying!
