It would appear not.

Someone who posted on here yesterday said they were told by Sky that the Peloton app is being removed next month. It would appear that Sky's server-based app platform just isn't capable of hosting the app effectively as Peloton have removed all mention of Sky from their website.

Your best solution is to use the Peloton app on one of their approved platforms:

Re: Peloton app not opening

It's very strange as it has worked really well up until the last few weeks. I had just assumed it was my Sky Box or something so I'm really disappointed that this is a wider problem. Really hope it can get fixed soon!!

If Pelaton have decided they are not going to continue to offer their app on the Q platform (possibly because its support overhead exceeds its usage) then that's up to them.  Given the downturn in their finances post-pandemic, that wouldn't be a particularly unusual choice.

  • I'm in the sane boat guys.   Sky told me this morning to contact Peloton which I've already done.   Just waiting on a response.  Should we get compensation?? Xx

Re: Peloton app not opening

The best thing to do is make sure you have the Peloton app on your phone and buy a hdmi cable to what ever adapter your phone is and your phone will be displayed on the tv. It works amazing. Mine is a hdmi to lightening adapter from Amazon.

Hi everyone,

Thank you for letting us know you were having a problem with the Peloton App. To let you know, the Peloton app will no longer be available on Sky Q, Sky Glass and Sky Stream from Thursday 27th April. All Sky TV customers can continue to enjoy a range of fitness content on Sky's UI just say "Fitness" into your voice remote.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience but members can still access content via the Peloton app, here.

Thanks,

Chloe-W22

Re: FYI - Peloton on Glass/Stream removal...

I would like to register my dissatisfaction that the peloton app has been removed from Sky Q. I found this app useful and I’m dissapointed you’ve removed it. Please can you log my negative feedback?
