@Chloe-W22 Hi Chloe I can see this thread is growing all with same issues with the Peleton app not working in Sky. I have previously responded with the exact issues I am having. Not heard back. Can you provide an update, even if it is just to confirm the app teams is looking into this?

As of last night I have been able to use the Sky Peleton app normally. I hope that means that this has been fixed for all. Fingers crossed 🤞 it stays that way and that Sky/Peleton have sorted the issue for good!

Mine has allowed me to log in tonight. Let's see what happens tomorrow night

Fingers crossed the issue with the app has been fixed as I have been able to use this morning without any problems!

I've just logged in after seeing that a few others managed to and mine seems to be working so fingers crossed!

I've been able to use the peloton app on my sky tv today as well. Fingers crossed it stays this way!

Hi it seems to be working now, however, I am having to log in everytine I use it, hopefully this will be sorted as previously this was not needed. Also other apps on Sky does not need loging in every time. But fingers crossed it stays working.

@Shang101 This happens to me but rather than entering my login details every time I just press the back button it takes me the home page with all the classes. Give it a try!

Hi All,
Agree was back for a few days, but tried logging in a couple of times this morning - got to a class and then cut out again?
anyone experiencing same problem again with peloton app on sky box/tv?
can't quite believe it!

I have the same problem as @Eagle2022 since yesterday afternoon . I am able log in to Peloton app and choose a program and it starts but suddenly cuts out and there is a black screen. @Chloe-W22 please can you help?

Yes, can log in, lesson starts then freezes, logs you back out, here we go again.

Yep same problem class freezes wow that fix didn't last long!! So annoying!!!!

Still the same today had 6 mins then cuts out, spoke to sky yesterday said same as last time not aware of any issues. Tried to tell me to everything like before, try this that etc the gentleman didn't get it . 😡😡
