Is this correct. I am paying both a Netflix subscription of £18.99 and sky Ultimate Netflix add on for £9 per month. Surely it's shouldn't be this expensive?!

No you should either cancel the Sky one or cancel the netflix one (the latter at that price has more screens and higher resolution though so bear that in mind)
