Paying for Netflix via sky

Netfix keep asking for payment method although I am paying via my current Sky subscription.

Have tried all the online advice but result is same. How do I sort this. Any advice please?

Hi @Colemac 

Have you double checked I your Sky Account that Ultimate TV (Netflix) is shown in your package. You can see your a package details in your My Sky online account or in the Q or even in your Q box.

In your Q box open the Home menu and scroll down to the bottom and select My Sky.

Your package details will be listed.

If you have Ultimate TV in your package then you need to have activated it as instructed to stop Netflix billing.

Thanks I definitely know I am paying for Netflix so I will try activating it differently as you suggest. Thanks for the info.

I tried activating Netflix as was suggested above but when I go On Demand and then choose a Netflix programme, it just loads the program.. it doesn't ask me to link my account etc

So I am still paying for Netflix on direct debit and also paying Sky for Netflix as part of my package
