Thank you for your patience whilst we work though this problem.

 

Our support teams have advised that the problem has been resolved. Can you check and if you are still having problems, can you switch your box off and the power, and back on please?

SkyQ: Live pause not working for channels 101-105

My SkyQ box won't pause this morning. I have tried unplugging and restarting. Can anyone help please?

Mine isnt either, I have unpluggged and plugged in again. It appears not to work on the 'terrestial' channels, BBC, ITV, etc. but does work on the Sky channels, Sky News, Atlantic, etc.

Unable to pause or rewind live TV

This morning I have been unable to pause or rewind some of the tv channels (bbc, itv sky kids etc) yet I could pause sky movies. I followed the instructions to access the hidden reset menu and did the first reset only. The problem now is my Bluetooth remote is no longer connected and the screen brings up accessibility settings on the screen which require me to select an option. I can hear the Sky Intro channel in the background but cannot reconnect my remote until I get through this screen but I cannot get past this screen as the remote is disconnected. So I am unable to see if the pause issue is fixed as I now have this other issue

The pause/rewind problem has been reported.

 

Unfiortunately the reset of your box means you need to reset  the remote  to dismiss the message & then re-pair your remote

 

To reset of your remote:

Press & Hold the 7 & 9 until the remote's light (red LED above the SKY logo button) flashes 4 times

 

You should now be able to dismiss the accessibility message

Then press 1 & 3 together to go through to re-pair with the box and your TV - make sure it has line of sight of the box as until it is paired it uses Infrared
