Paramount +

I am trying to activate paramount plus it asks me to sign in with my email and password but I have never set up this information? I have tried to enter my email and then selected the link that's says forgotten password in the hope it would send a link to reset this information but although it displays a message to say it has sent a password reset email to me it never arrives? Any suggestions please help?
