Hi, my sky box went off last night and is now not coming on - I cannot even find sky when selecting the AV. When in the correct AV my tv shows 'no signal'. My Sky box has a blue ring light going roubd, the red 'record' indicator is also showing as recording something and the power light is green. I've pressed in and held the power button but it does not turn off. I've tried the middle button and power button together and again does not turn off. The app indicates there isn't a problem but there clearly is.
