Re: Paramount+
Sky glass customer, this issue is STILL happening, haven't been able to watch anything but adverts on Paramount for weeks now, just says " oops, looks like your not connected to the internet" or something like that, yet a speed test on all other devices in the house showed at least 300mbps. Also carried out a pi g test to bbc.co.uk whilst this message was on screen and there was no loss through that!
What is going on???

Re: Paramount+
I'm having this issue with Paramount+ on Sky Q. Doesn't really say much for either Sky or Paramount if this issue has been going on for so long. Everything else works. Just adverts that I don't even care about causing problems.

Re: Paramount + Freezing With Error 3005 or 9999 (Sky Q/Stream/Glass)
Still ongoing.
An earlier reply, marked as the answer, (https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3585154) stated it was an ongoing issue that sky and paramount were looking in to. I guess they gave up.
Sky no longer calls me, I just get a message saying they tried to call but missed me, yet I have no missed calls on my phone!!!
So I'm afraid I shall be suffering till the New Year when my broadband contract is due for renewal and then I shall dump sky and switch to Virgin. I can get all the tv I want as well as apple, netflix, disney and paramount apps all bundled in with superfast broadband for less than I am paying for my Sky Glass contract.
Sorry Sky, but you clearly don't care about your customers anymore, you charge to much and don't deliver when needed.
