Paramount

I have activated Paramount plus but my email doesn't seem to be linked to sky as it's asking me to pay a monthly subscription. I have been going around in circles since December and no one has been able to link my email!! Please help

You need to open the chat bubble offered within 48 hrs, or it will automatically close.  @Addie15  can you re-open this?

Because you didn't respond in the initial 48hr period.  Hopefully a SuperUser will spot this thread and re-escalate it so that another offer to chat will come from Sky.

I'm just giving up and will cancel when my contract comes up for renewal. What happened to talking to somebody!!
