When you click in the Paramount + app - then click on - sign in - don't you see a page that gives you a choice between
How do you want to sign in ?
on the Web. On the TV
Then you just choose one of those
edit - I've just tried mine and choosing "on the web" works fine. I just used my phone's camera to scan the QR code and typed in the 5 digit code which appeared on screen
If you are logged in on the TV app but it simply won't launch - try logging out through the TV app settings (within the Paramount + Tv app settings) then sign back in
