When I go to make my Paramount+ subscription and click in the link it tells me I have visited the sight to quick, I pay for sky cinema so should get the subscription for free is that right?

Yes when I scan the QR code it take me to login then once I've logged in it says I've visited the sight to quick

Instead of scanning the code try going to the activation website.
ie
sky.com/paramountplus-activate.
Sign in with your Sky iD and create a Paramount+ account.

I've done that and it tells me I've tried to visit the page too quickly

It's a long shot but try deleting all your Browsing history and cookies.
Then try again.
