I changed my internet provider from sky to BT my Sky Q box won't connect to internet my new hub is in my hall ,we're as my sky hub was connected to my TV can anyone help please.

Try a Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router. Even if reset is not listed there is still an option to connect by WiFi to 3rd party router
As you are on 3rd party (non Sky ) broadband then you need to enter the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz WiFi band.

Have already tried that, when searching for our new Wi-Fi it doesn't show up and continuously says searching without showing any other networks.
