Paramount plus

Paramount plus app keeps giving a message that our internet isn't working properly error code 3005. 

Our internet is working perfectly well.  Any solutions?  We have softward updated twice.  It is a brand new Sky Q box.

We have exactly the same problem and since gettig new router.

Can you both reboot your broadband router and then restart the Sky Q box

 

If that does not resolve, try a refresh of the apps;

  1. Press Home on your Sky Q remote, then highlight Settings
  2. Press 0,0,1 and Select to access the Installer menu
  3. Select Apps then highlight Refresh all Apps on this box. You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
  4. Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing.

The refresh can take 24 hours to complete.

We have refreshed, rebooted and everything else suggested.

Last night the thing went off three times.

 

This is not a service.  We are being charged a ridiculous amount of money for something that doesn't work.

Also having this issue. internet is fine, all other sky/apps work just not paramount+.

Same issue. All apps other than Paramount plus working. I can log on and select programme, but service then hangs with error message 3005.  Tried all suggestions, finally spent over half an hour speaking to sky tech support Yesterday. Reset Skyq  box,refreshed apps, rebooted skyq router. Still not working. Finally sky agent said it's not their problem and told me to contact Paramount customer support. Strange thing is I can access paramount plus using mobile data on my iPhone but not through home broadband connection. Tried on my pc which is connected directly to router still does not work. Sky also said they were not aware of anyone else having problems
