I've been happily watching Paramount Plus through my Sky for a while and then this week I received an email saying."you've changed your email address, if this was not you please contact us". So I did contact them but had no response. Now I can't open Paramount through Sky. I've tried to re register but it tells me I already have it! I've logged in with my sky account and that doesn't work. I've emailed Paramount again and no response from them. Why has it stopped working?

You'll need to persevere with contacting Paramount to get it reset. Then be sure to use a unique, strong password - avoid anything that might appear in a dictionary, for example.
