Paramount plus now asking me to subscribe

A few days ago paramount plus overnight  changed to ask me to sign up to a subscription. Previously it was included in my SkyQ package as per this information here. Does anyone know what's changed? Paramount + is free with the Cinema package - are you subscribed to Cinema? If yes then are you signing in to Paramount + with your Sky account?
