Paramount plus not working

As you can see I have signed in to paramount plus but it won't go past this screen, all was working fine yesterday. Hope someone can help. I have reset the sky Q and sky internet.IMG_0987.jpeg

Hi @ellesmera   If you haven't already tried it I would start with a simple box power reboot. You could do the same with your broadband router to refresh it's DNS.

Did this ever get resolved as I can't get passed that page either? It's been like that for months. I have tried resetting password but takes me back to this page and won't let me actually reset the password.
