Paramount plus login on extra q mini box

Really upset, paramount plus app works perfectly on the main sky q box(as I have sky cinema), but can't login on sky q mini box.

Is it too much for the boxes to talk to each other?

Can't access paramount plus through web either.

Sky are supposed to be making my watching TV easy, not hours of frustration.

I've tried getting password reset and I get no email back.

Anyone have any ideas?

Please may I suggest you double check the email used when you set up the P+ account to ensurte there wasn't a typo etc.

On the main box, open the app then tab left to activate the menu & scroll down to settings

the email used should show under the  My Account

Thanks for the very clear instructions, unfortunately the email address is correct.

I had wondered if lack of email was due to it being late and the server was catching up on some zzzzzzs.

I have finally got an email from paramount plus to reset my password, by going in through the sky system. 

Unfortunately when I then reset my password and hit the reset button I get a " this is not an object" message.

I am wondering if they could make this any harder!

When I hit the get paramount plus button on the sky q mini box, it knows that I have got a basic subscription because of my sky cinema. 

It still doesn't work!
