Paramount plus free with Sky Cinema which I have, but can't access Paramount plus

I added Sky Cinema to package last week and Paramount plus is supposed to come with it too. When I try to access P+ it says , after buffering, ", something went wrong , try later'

Did you follow the setting up guide here?

I just got around to trying this and it still failed - the "we'll be back soon etc came up
